All our transactions are in usd. If the currency of your credit card (or other payment method) is not usd, your total order will be calculated at the exchange rate of the trading day. If your debit account a chargeback, but did not successfully established order, please inform us by email as soon as possible and provide the following information: the email address used in the order, order date and time, the total order and terms of payment, we will investigate for you.
All products are sent from the warehouse in China. The freight costs are different in different areas. Need to return or exchange your item?
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return or exchange your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form once authorized. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days and refunded to your original form of payment. We will email you once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.
Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
Upon dispute, ASHIMOTO KOGYO Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

Please contact us if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
