Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been enacted,
Cubism will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reasons whatsoever.

Deadline of Return Request

 No later than 20 days from the date of you ordered items.

※If you return the product by C.O.D, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Defective or wrong delivery
The sole, heel, vamp, stitches or upper part of the shoe is broken or if the nail foot of the shoes is uneven or the vamp of the small heel faces off.
Glued shoes are split open,shoes vamp face serious out-pulp, nitration fades out or the folder beaches severely.

※We will not refund the shipping fee if you send it back in advance payment. 


  •  Refund it to the card company as you paid by credit card

  • Refund it to the bank account as you paid by C.O.D (Only in Japan)

    ※Regarding the refund destination account, our customer service will send a confirmation email to the customer.

  • We cannot accept refunds by registered mail. Please note.


    • If there is no damage or loss of the delivered shoe box or product tag, and if you only try on it indoors, we will exchange the size of the same product (different color not possible).

    • All items while on Sale or bought during event,  unable to process a return, style exchange, size exchange, credit note or refund for you. 

    • The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, and the replacement product will be delivered free of charge.

    • Please contact Customer Service by E-mail after filling in the [Order number, Orderer name, Product name, Desired size].

    • Please note that refunds will be provided if the size you requested is not available

    • If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product only if it is in stock.

    • The shoe box is also a part of the product, so we cannot accept returns if the shipping slip is attached directly to the shoe box.

    • Please note that the transfer fee will be deducted for refunds to bank accounts.

    • If you have sent a complimentary gift , please return it in the same package regardless of whether it is returned or exchanged.
